Step into an immersive mezcal journey at Little Fires. Hosted by our GM José Fonseca and featuring Gaby Moncada — the Mexican-born Agave Ambassador and sommelier for Los Siete Misterios — this 90-minute to 2-hour masterclass guides you through the story and craft of Mexico’s celebrated mezcal house. Guests will taste four Los Siete Misterios expressions, each paired with a specially created small plate from the Little Fires kitchen, while Gaby shares insider knowledge of agave traditions and production. The evening concludes with an exclusive agave-based cocktail and access to a limited-edition Siete Misterios cocktail menu available only on the night. With just 14 seats available, this intimate tasting is designed for guests who want a deeper connection to mezcal culture through flavour, storytelling, and food pairing. Tickets £25 per person.
