Ricardo Paris has been living and breathing records since the age of 13, raised on the sounds coming from his dad's old Pioneer record player. It was skateboarding and hip-hop culture in '95 that deepened the obsession, opening his ears to the jazz and soul samples that would go on to shape his DJ sets for decades to come.

Over the last 20 years, Ricardo has brought his eclectic mix of deep soul, jazz, funk, afro, Brazilian sounds and much more to dancefloors across the UK and Europe, playing venues including Brilliant Corners, Spiritland and Servant Jazz Quarters in London, Bambino in Paris and Bar Thousand and Rhinoçéros in Berlin. Always on vinyl, mostly original pressings. The collector ethos runs through everything.
